INGREDIENTS NEEDED • 1 tbsp. softened butter • 1 tbsp. sugar • 1 tbsp. brown sugar • Dash of Vanilla • Pinch of Salt • 1 Egg Yolk • 1/4 cup flour • 2 tbsp. Chocolate Chips |
OTHER SUPPLIES NEEDED • 12oz. Mug • Measuring Spoons • Spoon or Whisk • Microwave |
Start by adding the sugars, butter, vanilla and egg yolk to the mug. Mix all the ingredients into a mug as shown below.
Next add the flour, salt and chocolate chips to the previous mix. Slowly fold the flour and chocolate into the mixture. You should receive a final result as show above. It is essentially a cookie dough consistency. Microwave this mixture for about 45 seconds. I made mistake and microwaved mine for 1 minute. It was a bit dry and I'm 97% sure that was the reason why. It tasted incredible though.
